Warranty Service

 

During the warranty period, should any quality issues arise, you have two options for service:

  1. Official Customer Service: Contact the brand’s official customer service directly to apply for local RMA warranty service.
  2. Send the equipment back to Network-devices for warranty service.

HPE/Aruba: Limited Lifetime Warranty
Coverage Duration:
The warranty extends as long as the original end user owns the product,
with a limit of five (5) years from the end of sale date (end of service life).Hardware Replacement:
Next Business Day – Includes coverage of hardware excluding optical transceivers for the entire warranty period.

Software FOS Releases:
Includes all generally available FOS releases offered for the specific products listed, when and if available,
for as long as the original end user owns the product and the product has not reached the end of service life.

On-Site Support:
Not included.
